Ainsdale Village Singers

Ainsdale Village Singers are a small, friendly, mixed, and inclusive community choir based at Ainsdale Village Church on Station Road in Ainsdale. We enjoy singing a variety of songs including items from musicals, films, TV programmes and many other genres.

Our Musical Director, Stewart has been with us for a number of years now and also teaching singing and music to private students. Over the last couple of years he has gained a further degree (MMus. in Performance) from Liverpool University to his long list of qualifications.  Stewart teaches students at the University of Liverpool and currently leads the University Chamber Choir.  Stewart has been with us for six years now and during that time has conducted and devised four Choral Workshops which have all been well attended and well received.

Over the past few years, Ainsdale Village Singers have arranged two main concerts and a number of appearances at other events throughout the year. Stewart has performed at most of these concerts either singing or playing piano/organ duets with our accompanist, Brenda Redmond.
